River Regions Psychiatry Associates assumed ownership of Psychiatry Associates, PC on March 1, 2024. Dr. Gurmendi retired at the end of January 2026 and the clinic continued to provide services in Homewood until March 2026. Established and new patients are now being treated at the Ally Psychiatry's clinics in Vestavia Hills, Valleydale Rd. or Pelham.
